Shipping policy

We will endeavour to ship your products within 5 working days. Same day orders when the item is in stock in our warehouse will be shipped the same day if the order is received prior to midday.

Shipping times usually take 1-4 business days, however, is out of our control. We generally use Australia Post Express Shipping where possible. Sometimes we may need to use various other express shipping companies depending on the size of the item, and its final destination. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days if in stock.

NOTE: Big & Bulky items may attract additional delivery cost. This includes, tyres, bullbars, skid plates, windscreens, winches, and any other large, heavy or bulky items. Deliveries to rural areas may also attract additional delivery fees, and express shipping is not guaranteed.

Upon determination of these costs, we will contact you via email or phone to advise those additional costs. You will be given the opportunity to accept the additional charge or apply for a full refund.
