Refund policy
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE: A 15% restocking fee will apply to refunds.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for returning the goods at your cost. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will review the items to ensure they are unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your refund will then be processed less any restocking fee.
NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at moto@toptwomc.com.au.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Packaging your Return
It is your responsibility to ensure that items are returned in safe and sellable condition and that the product and its packaging are not damaged during transit.
When you return a product, ensure that the item is wrapped or is sent inside of another box.
For example, when you send a helmet back to us, make sure that you've properly wrapped the helmet box with sufficient packing material (i.e. cling film), or you've put the helmet box inside another box.
Do not apply labels or tape to the product packaging itself (i.e. helmet box, boot box, etc.) as this will damage the product packaging. The product packaging must remain undamaged and intact for a return to be valid.
Damage caused by failing to pack the product correctly will result in an additional 25% repackaging fee, or the return will be rejected.

Exchanges
To ensure you get the accessories you need the fastest way possible, our exchange policy is a little different. We only process orders and refunds. So if you want to return an item, our Returns Policy comes into play (see above).
So, you are best to order the new item you require and apply for the refund as per the steps above.
NOTE: A 15% restocking fee will apply to the returned parts and you are responsible for postage costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
